A word to the Wise

People, if your dog, even if it is friendly crosses the highway to say hello to anyone, leash it!

This guy gave me heart palpitations on my run!

Had the mace ready, but he turned out to be friendly.

I'd hate to see him hit!

    I don't understand people who do not leash their dogs on busy streets. But I also don't like people who chain there dogs 24/7...there has to be some happy medium! Cute dog!!
